Helene Kling
Her desire to paint came from the many unique sights she has seen in Asia, with their particular light which creates such inspiration for artists. Her admiration for the Vietnamese women who show so much courage, force and beauty is reflected in all her paintings. And through her photographs, Hélène has tried to immortalize this beautiful country and its people. One would have to agree that she succeeds. She has exhibited in Ho Chi Minh City in May 2001 and May 2002 and numerous times since then.
Hélène is now painting two afternoons a week (Tuesday and Thursday) at Le Bordeaux Restaurant in Saigon's Binh Thanh Dsitrcit, where her permanent exhibition is taking place. She wants to share her passion for the art of painting with everyone of you, and fulfill your desire to express yourselves on the canvas. Everybody will have the chance to discover a "hidden passion". With her knowledge Hélène will try to answer your personal demands. This can go from mixing colors, making shadow and light,… all the way to truly FREE EXPRESSION! Aspiring artists will be given a brush, some paint and their own canvas to work on. They will even get the opportunity to share a canvas with all the guests visiting Le Bordeaux, who always feel free to express themselves! |
