Overview
Since opening its doors in 1993, the FCC Phnom Penh has served a storied cast of journalist and photographers, diplomats, movie stars and intrepid world travellers. They come to whittle the happy hours away, trade tales, chase down an old lead or follow up on a new story. Or just to grab a drink and retreat from the up tempo rhythms of the city. Group Executive Chef Clinton Webber has created a menu built around traditional international favorites such as crisp beer-battered fish and chips, deli-fresh sandwiches, wood-fired pizzas and traditional Asian specialities, with funky French and Mediterranean-inspired touches including an exotic "Tasting Menu" featuring a selection of tasty treats all priced at a reasonable US$3.50 to US$4 — perfect for sharing among friends. The FCC also offers a changing daily specials menu with a choice of two or three courses for US$10 or US$15 respectively. The heart of the menu — a finely crafted blend of Asian, Mediterranean and Western-influenced flavours — offers such hearty dishes as char-grilled rib eye steak and roasted pork loin alongside exciting Cambodian meals like By Char (fried rice) and Tier Chhar Kdao (hot and sour duck). With the FCC's world-renowned bar and terrace overlooking the spectacular vistas of both the Tonle Sap and Mekong rivers to the front, and the National Museum and Royal Palace to the rear offering even more reasons to visit the venue, we look forward to seeing you at Phnom Penh's premier restaurant and meeting place. Just be sure to save room for dessert! |
