With a range of rooms to suit most budget travellers, the Cat Cat
has earned a reputation as one of the best b&bs in Sapa. The
guesthouse features great views (although at a price - you have to
climb a pretty exhausting staircase to enjoy these) from a
selection of simply furnished yet cosy and comfortable rooms with
en-suite bathrooms, cable TV, air-con etc. Prices start at
around US$10 for a standard room, rising to US$20 for deluxe
accommodation. |

One of the original hotels to open up with the boom in Sapa's
tourism industry, the Auberge is starting to show its age a little,
although the 30 air-con rooms here remain popular and feature
en-suite bathroom, balcony, satellite TV and tea and coffee
making facilities. The owner is a passionate gardener and the
hotel's courtyard garden is a pleasant place to relax and while
away an hour or two. Room rates run from US$20 to US$30 depending

Sapa, and features 77 stylishly designed rooms, each with private
