Phnom Penh is relatively well furnished with Internet cafes although, as elsewhere in the country, high-speed penetration is not as comprehensive as in some other regional destinations.
The main ISPs (Internet Service Providers) are Camshin, Camintel, Camnet & Online, all of whom offer prepaid cards usually providing for connection at around US$1 to US$2 per hour depending on connection speed and time of use.
Most hotels from "Mid-Range" and up offer Internet facilities, with the pricier (or more enlightened) operations offering WiFi or in-room ADSL access.
Pre-paid cards from Online also provide access to WiFi "Hot Spots" which are strategically located around town, mostly in bars and restaurants. A few of these places provide their own access to the web, sometimes at a price (WiFi access at the FCC for example runs to US$3 per hour), sometimes free of charge for customers (check out the wired web access at the FReebird Bar & Grill).
