A decent, tourist-focussed hotel, the Fortune offers clean, comfortable rooms combined with a comprehensive range facilities including choice of four restaurants and two bars, pool, health club, business centre and more. The Fortune Hotel is especially popular with Asian visitors to the capital. Room rates run from around THB 2,800.

The City Inn is not easy to find, tucked down a small alley towards the river-end of Silom. Fair value at around THB 1,500 including breakfast.
