The Khanh Hoa Trade and Investment Co, a part of Thailand’s Six Senses Corporation, plans to build a five-star resort with a total investment capital of US$40 million, said the company’s chairman and general director, Le Thi Thu Lan.

Ana Mandara Villas, covering an area of 20ha in Dong Anh District of Ha Noi city, is scheduled to be operational in 2010 on the occasion of the capital’s 1,000th anniversary.

It’s Khanh Hoa company’s third resort, as the company also owns Evason Hideaway in the Central city of Nha Trang and Evason Ana Mandara villas in Da Lat city.

The company continues to design and build high-grade resorts under the brand name of Ana Mandara on Phu Quoc Island and in Ha Long city, Thua Thien-Hue and Ha Tay Province, Lan said.

The resorts are popular with foreign visitors from German, Great Britain, Australia and Japan. The resorts’owners plan to attract more tourists from Spain, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia.
